Examples: (1) this page (2) Microsoft Press book "Introducing Microsoft Silverlight 2". I'm an MSDN subscriber with VS 2008 Developer Edition (was a Universal subscriber). My MSDN Subscription Downloads allow me go download Expression Blend, but NOT Expression Design. It seems that Microsoft is pushing for adoption of Silverlight by developers, but this puts a real roadblock in the way. PLEASE, make Expression Design be just another thing MSDN Subscribers can download. (If you can help me directly, you can contact me via the email submitted with this comment.)
