Help me pick the mini-apps that we’ll design together at MIX10

On March 14th, in the afternoon I will be hosting a pre-session called Design Tools and Techniques. We will design some mini-apps from scratch, all the way from sketching them, wireframing, prototyping and doing the final UI in Blend. I’ll provide more info on what we’ll be targeting but in the mean time check out these mini apps. These apps were created by Archetype, a terrific hybrid studio that gets design and development based in the San Francisco Bay area.

Which of these would you like us to design from scratch? Leave me your feedback. More info on this session coming soon.

    Nice applications, they are really great, i’m working on a personal project but it’s made in WPF let me know if you are interested in showcase it, I can send you some screenshots.

    Great examples of the simplicity of how very quitely Silverlight can be used to increase the UX.

    I’d say Canvas (2nd) and Recruit (3rd).

    I’d like to see number 3 (My 1st choice) or number 1. When you mention a session do you mean it will be on the website here? I’d really like access to the session.

    Thanks everyone! I’ll gather your votes and the ones I got from Twitter and internally and choose the 3 for the session. I really appreciate and hope to see you there.

    @Doug, the session is for MIX10 (a pre-session). I’m hoping it will also be recorded in case you can’t make it.

    I’d like see number 3 (recruit). Bringing UX and LOB apps together is something I’ve really wanted to see. I look forward to your pre-con session at MIX10.

    Thanks guys. Recruit made it in. Also Canvas. Both from Archetype (archetype-inc.com). The third chosen app is called Avatar Creator which I didn’t post here (created by Fuel Industries).
